GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING ARTICLESfor Publication in the Proceedings of the 10th Annual Interdisciplinary Scientific and Practical Conference "Rare Books in Terms of Preservation"Ethical Standards and OriginalityThe Editorial Board accepts only original, previously unpublished scientific, practical, or popular science articles. By submitting a paper, authors guarantee that the work is entirely original. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable. Any use of works or statements by other authors must be properly cited. Submitting the same material without significant revision is not permitted.
Authors must ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and agreed to its submission. In case of significant errors, authors must notify the Editorial Board to withdraw or correct the publication.
Submission ProcessArticles may be submitted in Russian or in other languages.

Technical Requirements- Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt.
- Line spacing: 1.5.
- Alignment: Justified.
- Volume: 10,000 characters with spaces (excluding the abstract, keywords, notes, and the list of sources).
- Special formatting: Use non-breaking spaces (Ctrl+Shift+Space) between initials and surnames. Use "curly" quotes («...»), and for internal quotes, use "inner" quotes («...“...”»). Use the long dash (—) and short dash (–) where appropriate.
- Lists: Do not use the word processor's automatic numbering for lists or the bibliography.
Article Structure- Author Information: (Before the title) Full name, affiliation (including department), position, academic degree, academic title, and email address.
- Article Title.
- Financial Support: Information about grants should be provided as a footnote to the title; other forms of support should be mentioned at the beginning of the article.
- Abstract: A summary including the relevance of the topic, novelty of the solution, and main content aspects. Volume: 200–250 words (Note: the example section mentions 100-200 words, but the main text specifies 200–250 words).
- Keywords: 8–10 words/phrases.
- Main Text: Recommended to be divided into sections with subheadings.
- Infographics: Tables, charts, and figures must be numbered. Titles for tables/charts must be placed above them; captions for figures must be placed below them.
Illustrative MaterialsImages must be submitted as separate files (TIFF/JPG, at least 300 dpi). Do not embed images in the Word document. Tables and diagrams should be provided in editable Word or Excel formats. All illustrations must be adapted for high-quality black-and-white printing.
Citations and ReferencesReferences must be formatted according to
GOST R 7.0.100–2018 and
GOST 7.0.108–2022 (for electronic resources).
- In-text citations: Use square brackets indicating the source number and page(s), e.g., [8, p. 10–15; 9, p. 128].
- Reference List: Located at the end of the article, ordered by appearance/citation in the text.
- Formatting: Do not use automatic numbering; separate the number from the text with a tab. Periods should replace the "dot and dash" symbols in descriptions. For online resources, include the full author name, document title, resource name, exact URL, and date of access.
ResponsibilityAuthors are solely responsible for the content of their articles. The Editorial Board is not responsible for the inaccuracy of published data or any damage caused by the publication. Submitted materials will not be returned. Articles that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
